In order to use the VIP member value-added service of First Car Review Network (hereinafter referred to as this service), you should read and abide by the First Car Review Network Member Service Agreement (hereinafter referred to as this agreement). Please read carefully and fully understand the contents of each clause, especially the corresponding clauses exempting or limiting liability, and the separate agreement for opening or using a service, and choose to accept or not. Exemption or limitation of liability clauses may remind you in bold form.

You have no right to use this service unless you have read and accepted all the terms of this agreement. Any acquisition of this service, such as purchasing or accepting gifts, and any use of this service, such as logging in and viewing, shall be deemed that you have read and agreed to be bound by this agreement.

The first car review network has the right to modify the terms of service at any time. Once the terms of service are changed and modified, the first car review network will prompt the modified content on the relevant page; If VIP members do not agree to the modification of this agreement, they can cancel the services they have obtained and stop using them; If the VIP member continues to use the services provided by the First Car Review Network, it is deemed that the VIP member has accepted all the modifications of this agreement.

If you are under the age of 18, please read this agreement with the legal guardian, and pay special attention to the terms of use for minors.

I. [Scope of Agreement]

1.1 【 Scope of Application of Agreement 】

This agreement is an agreement between you and the operator of the first car review network about your use of this service.

1.2 [Service Content]

This agreement is regarded as a supplementary agreement to the Service Use Agreement of First Car Review Network, which is an integral part of it and constitutes a unified whole with it. In case of any conflict between this agreement and the above contents, this agreement shall prevail.

The contents of this agreement also include the relevant agreements and business rules about this service that may be continuously released by First Car Review Network. Once the above contents are officially released, they are an integral part of this agreement, and you should also abide by them.

II. [About this Service]

VIP member value-added service refers to the service that users can enjoy privileges in terms of products and download rights provided by First Car Review Network after paying a certain service fee according to the specified method of First Car Review Network, which is referred to as this service for short.

The first car review network may offer different VIP member value-added services according to different products and service types. At present, the first car review network provides different kinds of VIP member value-added services such as material VIP members and original VIP members. At the same time, the first car review network may adjust the existing VIP member value-added services and continuously introduce new VIP member value-added services according to the needs of users, changes in products and service types, etc. The first car review network may also launch specific and different service contents at different times to continuously improve and optimize this service. Specific VIP member value-added service types and service contents shall be subject to the contents published and actually provided on relevant service pages. You can choose the corresponding service according to your own needs.

The specific content of this service you enjoy may be different due to factors such as level, annual fee, opening period, specific service category you choose, etc. Usually, in the case of high level, annual fee service and long opening period, you will enjoy more services, depending on the contents published and actually provided on relevant service pages.

After becoming a VIP member, VIP members have the right not to accept the service of the first car review network, and can apply for canceling the VIP member service, but they will not get the refund of the VIP member service fee.

Iii. Rights and obligations

3.1 [About Charge]

This service is a charging service provided by First Car Review Network. You can use this service only after paying the corresponding fees according to the charging standard of this service. In addition, you can also enjoy and use this service in other ways approved by the first car review network.

According to the overall planning of this service, the first car review network may modify and change the charging standard and method of this service. The above modification and change will be displayed on the corresponding service page. If you need to obtain and use this service, please know clearly the information about the charging standard and method of this service at that time.

3.2 【 Service Opening 】

3.2.1 You should open this service through the existing methods specified by First Car Review Network, including but not limited to Alipay and WeChat payment, and the methods specified by First Car Review Network in the future after paying a certain fee as agreed. After the service is opened, it cannot be transferred.

3.2.2 First Car Review Network only provides related network services, and other equipment related to related network services (such as personal computers, mobile phones, and other devices related to accessing the Internet or mobile networks) and required expenses (such as telephone charges and internet access fees paid for accessing the Internet and mobile phone fees paid for using the mobile network) shall be borne by VIP members themselves.

3.2.3 You are not allowed to use this service to engage in the following acts, otherwise, the First Car Review Network has the right to cancel the service qualification of VIP members, and the VIP members shall bear the problems caused by this, and the First Car Review Network will not bear any responsibility. Prohibited acts include but are not limited to

(1) publishing, transmitting, disseminating and storing contents that violate national laws, endanger national security and unity, social stability, public order and good customs, social morality and insult, slander, obscenity and violence;

(2) Publishing, transmitting, disseminating and storing contents that infringe upon other people's legitimate rights, such as reputation rights, portrait rights, intellectual property rights and trade secrets;

(3) fabricating facts and concealing the truth to mislead and deceive others;

(4) Publishing, transmitting and disseminating advertising information and junk information;

(5) Engage in other acts that violate laws, regulations, policies, public order and good customs, social morality, etc.

(6) Collect user names, emails and other related information of other users in this service by any means, and disturb and harass other users by sending spam, chain mail, spam messages, instant messages, etc.

(7) Publish information including advertisements, publicity and promotion through this service;

(8) Re-license the content provided by this service to others;

(9) Opening this service for yourself or others for non-personal use such as profit-making and business operation;

(10) Open or use this service for yourself or others through any cheating program or software such as robot software, spider software, crawler software and screen-brushing software;

(11) Opening or using this service for yourself or others by any improper means or in violation of the principle of good faith;

(12) Open this service for yourself or others in a way other than that specified by the First Car Review Network;

(13) Open this service for yourself or others by infringing on the legitimate rights and interests of First Car Review Network or others;

(14) Open this service for yourself or others by other ways that violate relevant laws, administrative regulations and national policies.

(15) Transfer, resell, sub-license, lease, donate or otherwise transfer the content obtained from the service to a third party.

(16) Other acts without the permission of First Car Review Network.

3.3 [Service Term]

3.3.1 The service term of this service shall be subject to the time limit that you choose and pay the corresponding service fee by yourself. You can also log in to the recharge center of First Car Review Network or the corresponding page of this service for inquiry.

3.4.3 【 Responsible for your own actions 】

You fully understand and agree that you must be responsible for all actions under your registered account, including but not limited to any content published by you and any consequences arising therefrom. You should make your own judgment on the content in this service, and bear all risks arising from the use of the content, including those arising from dependence on the correctness, completeness or practicability of the content.

3.5 [Change, Suspension or Termination of Services]

You fully understand and agree that due to the particularity of Internet service, the first car review network may suspend or terminate the provision of this service to you in accordance with relevant laws and regulations, the agreement of both parties or when necessary. At that time, the first car review network will protect your legitimate rights and interests according to law.

Iv. [Liability for breach of contract]

4.1 If the first car review network finds or receives reports from others that you have violated this agreement, the first car review network has the right to make independent judgments according to law and take technical measures to delete, block or disconnect relevant information. At the same time, the first car review network has the right to take measures against you, including but not limited to suspending or terminating part or all of this service, suspending or terminating your use of the first car review network account, and pursuing your legal responsibilities, depending on the nature of your behavior. The first car review network does not need to refund any fees to you, and the losses (including but not limited to communication interruption, related data clearing, unused service fees being owned by the first car review network as liquidated damages, etc.) brought to you shall be borne by yourself.

4.2 [Handling of Third Party Damage]

If you violate this agreement in any way, resulting in damage to any third party, you shall bear the responsibility independently; If the first car review network suffers losses as a result, you should also compensate.

V. [Others]

5.1 [Effective of Agreement]

Your use of this service shall be deemed that you have read and agreed to be bound by this agreement.

5.2 [Place of Agreement Signing]

The place where this Agreement is signed is Pudong New Area, People's Republic of China (PRC).

5.3 [Applicable Law]

The establishment, entry into force, performance, interpretation and dispute settlement of this Agreement shall be governed by the laws of mainland People's Republic of China (PRC) (excluding conflict of laws).

5.4 [Dispute Resolution]

If there is any dispute or dispute between you and the first car review network, it should be settled through friendly negotiation first; If negotiation fails, you agree to submit the dispute or dispute to the competent people's court in the place where this agreement is signed.

5.5 [Title of Clause]

The titles of all clauses in this agreement are for convenience of reading only, and have no actual meaning, which cannot be used as the basis for the interpretation of the meaning of this agreement.

5.6 [Effectiveness of Terms]

No matter why some of the terms of this agreement are invalid or unenforceable, the remaining terms are still valid and binding on both parties.
